Account Deletion

You can delete your Obsidian Games account and the data tied to it at any time.

What deletion means

It is permanent. Progression, cosmetics, and any unspent in‑game currency are lost and cannot be restored or refunded. We keep only what we must for tax, fraud, and legal records — and ban records, so a ban can't be erased by deleting an account.

If your Obsidian Games account is linked to SF Alpha, that account — its characters, rank, SP and cash — may be permanently deleted along with it, and cannot be restored. If you're not linked, none of this applies to you; if you are but the SF Alpha account isn't removed automatically, it's left in place and has to be dealt with separately. You don't need to work out which applies to you: say in your email whether you want the SF Alpha account removed as well, and the confirmation we send before anything is deleted will say exactly what's being removed.
