Obsidian Games is the data controller for this site and the games we publish.
What we collect
—Account data — email, display name, region, and login history.
—Gameplay data — match records, progression, and anti‑cheat signals.
—Purchase data — transaction records. Card numbers are handled by our payment providers, never by us.
—Device and technical data — device model, OS, IP address, crash logs.
Why
To run your account and matches, process top‑ups, detect cheating and fraud, provide support, and understand how our games are played. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted — see Account Deletion. Write to contact@obsidiangames.net and we will respond as soon as we can, and in any case within the period your local law requires.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13. If we learn an account belongs to a child under that age, we delete it.
